Design of the Phinella Comfort system
The Phinella Comfort Set consists of the following 5 main components + 3 options.
Main components:
- Activated carbon block filter: Pre-filtration of coarse contaminants, organic substances, and chlorine. This ensures optimal protection of the RO membranes (point 2.) and significantly extends their service life.
- Reverse osmosis membrane: Nothing but the purest water can pass through. EVERYTHING else is filtered out: PFAS, pesticides, drug residues, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, parasites, bacteria, viruses, limescale, nitrates, bad odors & tastes…
- Permeate pump: Ensures extremely low wastewater volumes (filter to wastewater ratio of 1:2)! The pump uses the pressure from the rinse water to push the filtered water (permeate) into the tank. Cutting-edge technology – no electricity required!
- Storage tank for filtered water: This ensures you always have your reverse osmosis water readily available. Depending on your personal needs, you can choose your tank size: 4, 6, or 8 liters of usable volume.
- Combination filter cartridge: Post-filter consisting of an activated carbon block filter with a capillary membrane. This filter stage prevents any germs from the tap from entering and colonizing the reverse osmosis system.
Options:
- Remineralisation: For improved taste and to optimize subsequent revitalization. Small amounts of specific minerals are introduced into the water through Sango marine coral or dolomitic rock. More details on remineralisation.
- Water vortexing: Physical water treatment for greater freshness and a finer taste, through micro-levitation.
- Water vitalisation: For vital, energized, and hexagonal water. Negative, harmful information is erased. More information on water revitalisation and vortexing.

Purest water for every day! The highly efficient removal of contaminants ensures greater safety and optimized taste. Harmful substances such as pesticides, drug residues, PFAS, and heavy metals are carefully removed from the water. This way, you always have the best water conveniently available from your own tap!

Water like from a mountain spring: Through multi-stage, complementary vitalization units, your water gains a unique vibrancy and hexagonal structure. This physical water treatment is entirely in line with holistic water optimization: Negative harmful frequencies are eliminated, the water gains more vitality and is even more palatable!
Strong performance
The Phinella Comfort system is equipped with a powerful permeate pump. The pump uses the pressure of the backwash water to pump the filtered water (permeate) into the storage tank. Thanks to this clever technology, the amount of wastewater is drastically reduced! For every liter of filtered water, only 2 liters of wastewater are produced.

The membrane is the heart of every reverse osmosis system. We’ve left nothing to chance here. The Phinella Comfort membrane is manufactured exclusively in Italy according to our specifications. Its combination of exceptionally good filtration results and long service life makes it so special. It has a lifespan of up to 10 years.*

Water, just the way you like it!
Depending on your taste and intended use, you can enrich your reverse osmosis water with no minerals at all or with selected natural minerals (Sango marine coral or dolomitic rock). With the appropriate installation, you can easily switch between these different options.
Clever design, easy handling
To ensure the smooth operation of your reverse osmosis system, all components are logically and clearly labeled. This makes maintenance and filter changes easy and convenient. Up to 25 years warranty
All Phinella appliances come with a 5-year warranty. For every additional year that maintenance is performed by one of our authorized service technicians, the warranty is extended by another year! (Up to a maximum of 25 years.**)

Better safe than sorry
To ensure nothing can go wrong, the Phinella Comfort system is protected against leaks. The included leak sensor is placed underneath the housing. In the event of an uncontrolled water leak, the water supply is automatically shut off.
